Churned customers hit 19 in Dec 2024 and a record 27 in Dec 2025 — the two worst months in the dataset, ~57% above the 14.7/mo average of all other months — and support tickets peaked at the same time (203 and 238). Growth still compounded through it: MRR is up 4.1× in 24 months ($48.2k → $197.4k), with monthly adds of $10k+ becoming the norm from Jan 2026 onward.
