Four TrackMan simulator bays, a real bar with real beer, and leagues that actually show up. Walk in after work, or book ahead — both work.
We built the room the other way around from most simulator places. The bar comes first. The tech is real — but you're not sitting in a Best Buy.
Each bay runs the same dual-radar system the PGA uses. St Andrews, Pebble Beach, Torrey Pines — 150+ courses, plus the driving range mode for working on something specific. Club data and ball flight are within a yard of outdoor reality, which is either reassuring or humbling depending on your swing.
Twelve taps, mostly local. Trillium, Night Shift, Dorchester Brewing. Full liquor, no novelty cocktails. Bar seats fourteen, plus four high-tops in the back.
Sandwiches, fries, wings, a rotating special. Open until close, Wednesday through Sunday.
Eight-week seasons, Tuesday through Sunday nights. Handicapped, so an 18 can play a 9. Next season starts in January.
Whole-venue rentals Thursday and Sunday nights. Up to 60 people. Good for birthdays, work outings, the league you actually want to win.
Up to four players per bay at no extra charge. Six is doable but you'll be sharing swings. All rates include the simulator, the data, and table service from the bar.
Walk-in friendly. Bring three friends, split the cost, work on the driver.
Book up to two weeks ahead. Most popular for groups of three or four after work.
Weekly 2-hour bay time, end-of-season tournament, the shirt nobody wears outside.
Pick a date and party size. We'll hold a bay for you and send a confirmation. If you'd rather call, the bar picks up at (617) 555-0142.
— Same-day bookings: call the bar.
— Parties of 7+: email events@fairwaysocial.com.
— Cancellations free up to 4 hours before.
We sent a confirmation to your email. Bring your clubs if you have them — loaners are free if you don't.
Unsolicited. Lightly edited for length, not for enthusiasm.
I came in to hit a bucket after work and somehow three hours and two beers happened. The tech is real — my launch numbers match what I see at the range — but the room doesn't feel like a simulator lab. It feels like a bar that happens to have a simulator problem.
Booked the back bay for my birthday. Twelve of us, two hours, nobody complained about waiting. Staff kept drinks full and the food showed up hot. Would do it again next month.
Joined the Tuesday league in November. By March I'd shaved four strokes and made three friends I wouldn't have met otherwise. The $89 pays for itself somewhere around week three.
If yours isn't here, the bar picks up at (617) 555-0142 — most afternoons.
No. About a third of our regulars have never set foot on a real course. The simulators don't care about your handicap, and neither do we. Bring a friend who's curious, or come solo and work on something specific.
Up to four comfortably. Six is doable but you'll be sharing swings, so plan for a longer session. For seven or more, email us — we'll set up two bays side by side or close the place down for you.
We loan them free. Right-handed, left-handed, women's flex, juniors. About thirty clubs behind the bar. You break it, you buy it — but that's only happened once, and it was a 7-iron.
Yes. Thursday and Sunday nights we close to the public for private parties of 20 to 60. Includes all four bays, the bar, and the kitchen. Email events@fairwaysocial.com for pricing and availability.
